At Protur Roquetas Hotel & SPA we know that good food is essential to enjoy your holidays to the fullest. For this reason, we offer our clients four restaurants with options for all tastes.
At our buffets, Mare Nostrum and Pool Bar, you can taste a variety of succulent dishes and desserts prepared in real time by our chefs. Sauces and salads, meat and fish, rice dishes and pasta… everything you could wish for!
If you opt for one of our themed restaurants, you can choose between Asian or Italian cuisine. In either one, our specialist chefs will cook authentic typical delicacies to delight your palate. You can’t miss it!
ALL INCLUSIVE SERVICE
and drinks available at all times in our buffets and restaurants.
- Breakfast 08:00 – 11:00h.
- Continental Breakfast 11:00 – 12:00h in the Pool Buffet Bar.
- Lunch 13:00 – 15:00h at the Mare Nostrum Buffet Restaurant and 12:30 – 15:30h at the Pool Bar Buffet.
- Coffee and Cake 16:00 – 18:30h.
- Dinner 19:00 – 22:00 h at the Mare Nostrum Buffet Restaurant, Asian Restaurant, and La Sal Restaurant.
- Ice creams all day long
- Drinks 11:00 – 24:00 h (all kinds of national and international drinks according to the ALL INCLUSIVE menus displayed).
- Assorted sandwiches 23:00 – 24:00h.
- The ALL INCLUSIVE service ends at midnight.
- Mini bar in the room included (non-alcoholic drinks only).
- On the day of departure, the ALL INCLUSIVE service ends at 12:00 noon.
Mare Nostrum Buffet Restaurant
Spectacular main dining room with terrace overlooking the sea and with an exquisite show cooking buffet.
Pool Bar Buffet
Attractive terrace near the hotel swimming pool where you can enjoy the good weather and sample typical local dishes.
Half pension
In our buffet, Mare Nostrum, you can enjoy a variety of tasty dishes and desserts prepared by our chefs.
Breakfast: 08:00 – 11:00 h.
Dinner: 19:00 – 22:00 h.

Themed Restaurants
For those who want a more intimate atmosphere, the Hotel offers two themed restaurants.
Clients staying for 4 nights or more can enjoy our themed restaurants with their bookings.
Stays of 4 to 6 nights: Includes a booking at a themed restaurant (subject to availability)
Stays of 7 nights or more: Two bookings at themed restaurants included (subject to availability)
Clients with food intolerances or allergies, please notify us in advance of your arrival so that we can offer you a suitable service.

Take your 5 senses to Asia in our Asian Restaurant. Enjoy typical dishes from different Asian countries, prepared live using top quality ingredients. If you want to try something new and different, this is your best option.

La Sal Restaurant
